Before I began the Jenny Craig program as a busy mom I would often look at the clock and realize I had skipped lunch, then was so hungry before dinner I would snack on things that weren’t healthy and filled with empty calories. Thanks to the Jenny Craig DNA Decorder Plan which is science-backed, I’ve learned many things about myself.  I’ve learned how my body processes food, how my body responds to exercise and which type of exercise works best for me, my sleep quality which is so important, my eating behaviors, metabolism and more.  
This entire process for me is about becoming a healthier me, having more energy for my family and feeling good inside and out. Since starting the program I’ve added a lot more vegetables into my daily diet, a lot more water, and daily walks with the family. 


At the moment life is a little different as the world deals with COVID-19 and we are quarantined at home with our family. Typically I would turn to food for comfort, but thankfully being on the program I have my days planned out, my food waiting for me in the freezer and snacks waiting in the pantry.  Being on the Jenny Craig program is really helping me get through this tough time.
