Remembrance Day: January 27, 2020 marks the 75th Anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau, the largest Nazi concentration and death camp in World War II. 
In 2005, the United Nations General Assembly designated January 27 as International Holocaust Remembrance Day to honor the victims of the Holocaust.

Holocaust Museum Houston is dedicated to educating people about the Holocaust, remembering the 6 million Jews and other innocent victims and honoring the survivors' legacy. Using the lessons of the Holocaust and other genocides, we teach the dangers of hatred, prejudice, and apathy.

Admission is free on the following holidays:

Memorial Day – May 25, 2020
D Day – June 6, 2020
Veterans’ Day – November 11, 2020, for active servicemen and veterans
Human Rights Day – December 10, 2020

The Museum is free to all on Thursday from 2 to 5 pm
