The Rink — Rolling at Discovery Green

Houston’s first outdoor roller rink returns! Enjoy five weeks of roller-skating fun (including weekly theme nights) at Discovery Green.

Monday–Thursday5–10 p.m.
Friday5–11 p.m.
Saturday & School Holidays*11 a.m.–11 p.m.
Sunday 11 a.m.–9 p.m.

- Regular admission: $8 (skates not included; available on-site)
- Skate rental: $4
- Cheap Skate Nights: $8 with free skate rental. (Valid Mondays, March 9, 23 and 30; and April 6)
Roller Rink Opening
Friday, March 6, 2020, 6–10 p.m.
Enjoy the French Cultures Festival with music from French-speaking countries while skating outdoors. Skate rentals are free this evening, and the first 50 guests receive free admission to The Rink.
Cheap Skate Nights
Mondays, March 9, 23 and 30; April 6, 2020, 5–10 p.m.
On select Mondays, skate around the rink for just $8 per person with free skate rental.
Time Warp Tuesdays
Tuesdays, March 10–April 7, 2020, 7–9 p.m.
Skate to songs from decades past curated by top local DJs.
Special Skaters and Wheelchair Wednesdays
Wednesdays, March 11, April 1 and 8, 2020, 3:30–5 p.m.
Wednesday, March 18; Saturday, March 21, 2020, 9:30–11 a.m.
These special skating times provide a welcoming environment for skaters with physical and developmental challenges to enjoy The Rink. Please note: Non-motorized wheelchairs are always welcome on The Rink.

Rainbow on the Rink

This special LGBTQ celebration at Discovery Green, emceed by Anthony Hernandez, returns to The Rink with music by DJ Joe Ross. Admission is free; skating fees apply.
