My Final Week With Jenny Craig - But I'm Not Done

1st Week

This is my last week officially on the Jenny Craig Rapid Results program where the food will be conveniently shipped to me, however, I’m happy to say that it’s not the end of living a healthy lifestyle.  I will continue to maintain and incorporate all the things I’ve learned while being on the program.  From my food choices, portion control, more vegetables (and the correct ones), drinking lots of water and exercise.
Another key lifestyle change I have made is making sure I’m not eating too late at not, and not just for me but also for my family.  Also giving my body a chance to rest, so if I finish eating at 7 pm I won’t eat again for 12 hours. This has helped me to sleep better also. During this time I have also learned a lot about my DNA and how it affects my weight loss, I am so happy I get to take that information with me thanks to Jenny Craig.  
During this program so far I have lost about 10 pounds and last we measured I also lost over an inch of body fat. ‡ Results may vary. Weight lost on Classic Program. Members following the program, on average, lose 1-2lbs per week.

Temporarily Jenny Craig is shifting Jenny Craig to serve new and current clients including phone coaching and home delivery, or curbside food pick-up where available. This has been a wonderful program, in fact, life-changing. What I'm going to miss most (and there are a bunch of things) is the delicious food readily available for me, especially the breakfast, that was my favorite. It's really been so nice as a busy mom to have food prepared for me, the meals all planned for the week and not having to think about it! Before I began, I was tired, not sleeping enough, not eating the right foods for my body, and definitely not drinking enough water.
