Houston's annual Independence Day celebration moves on-air and online this year! This year's Shell Freedom Over Texas features the first socially distanced performance from members of the Houston Symphony at Jones Hall! The musical lineup also includes Bun B, Trae tha Truth, Mariachi imperial De America, Los Luzeros De Rioverde, Lyle Lovett, and more.

The City of Houston’s annual July 4 celebration will air for free from 7 to 10 p.m. on ABC13 Houston.
This year’s Shell Freedom Over Texas celebration has been updated to continue to keep Houstonians safe. There will be no in-person audience, but this evening features the first socially distanced performance from the Houston Symphony at Jones Hall! The musical lineup also includes Bun B, Trae Tha Truth, Mariachi Imperial De America, Los Luzeros De Rioverde, Lyle Lovett, and more.
