It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas in Memorial City with a twist! With the health and safety of customers and employees being a top priority, Memorial City Mall has completely reimagined their Santa set with new layouts and technologies. The Santa Experience offers on-site and virtual options from Nov. 6th through Dec. 24th, to enable families to continue creating memories this holiday season, including:
- Stools placed six feet in front of Santa with creative camera angles to capture memorable photos
- Zoom video calls from the convenience of your home, or the Mall, to offer virtual interaction with Santa
- Newly designed Santa Set with peppermint-scented path and six-foot candy canes, plus other Instagrammable moments
- Large TV monitor for families to view and experience the magical moments outside of St. Nick’s Park
- Reservations required to avoid lines and crowding
- Variety of packages offered including family portraits and opportunity for Santa to personally read a story to your child

Safety Protocols for all Santa Experiences
- Masks will be worn by all employees
- Guests to wear masks at all times, unless desired briefly during photo session
- Temperature checks will be taken for all employees and guests
- Santa set will be “Santa-tized” before and after each visit
- Hand “Santa-tizer” provided for all staff members and guests
- A parent/guardian will place children on socially distanced Santa set
- Guests not in pictures will be asked to social distance from Santa and photographer
- Safety rules are subject to change per CDC, Harris County, and City of Houston guidelines
